Regional Sales Director

Experience
8+ years

Role Overview :

As a Regional Sales Director you will engage with Partners in Architectural and Engineering firms, General Contractors and other key stakeholders. You will be helping the company in scaling rapidly in your territory. You will listen to customer problems and offer solutions that solves their problems.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Promote use of VIRTUELE products and automation tools in new projects under design
  • Research target accounts, build key people lists and grow a pipeline of new customers and sales funnel
  • Follow up on projects and meet Sales targets
  • Manage reaching customers through outbound cold calls, follow ups, social media, emails and networking
  • Travel to meet customers on a need basis
  • Create and share dailly, weekly reports with management

Experience & Skills :

  • Minimum of 8+ years field sales experience in engineering and construction industry
  • Experience in managing construction projects or structural steel design
  • Well connected in the industry in your region and proven record of meeting revenue targets
  • Excellent verbal and written skills and ability to create and make online/in-person product presentations to prospective customers
  • Ability to make high volume outbound sales calls, energetic and positive personality and highly proactive
  • Ability to define strategies to onboard new customers and a team player
  • Flexible and ability to thrive in a fast-faced startup environment
  • A Professional Engineer license in any state is a plus

Sales and Customer Success Engineer

Role Overview :

We are looking for highly driven and passionate sales professionals who will go an extra mile to keep the customers happy. As an early member of this team, you should be flexible, willing to adopt to evolving sales strategies, product positioning and new markets.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • You will identify prospective customers, make cold calls and work through the process to bring customers on board resulting in multi year/multi project relationships.
  • You will create quarterly and annual sales plans based on annual sales targets and devise sales strategies to achieve your sales goals
  • Understand your market in general and customers in specific to identify opportunities and close them with internal help where needed
  • Stay in constant touch with customers/prospective customers to identify their needs periodically

Experience & Skills :

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in software sales for construction industry with a proven track record. High-energy, self motivation, dedication and persistence through out the sales cycle
  • Excellent verbal and written skills and ability to create and make online/in-person product presentations to prospective customers
  • Experience working for a software start up is desired

Senior Software Engineer (Multiple Positions)

We are looking for full stack senior Java programmers with extensive experince in Java, Spring MVC, Micro Web services, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Telerik

Requirements :

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in Java backend applications is required. Experience in web based application development, creating servers and database for functionality, ensuring responsiveness of the applications and cross platform optimization required.
